    All crash replacement requests will be at the discretion of Pulso Vigor subject to photos and details provided of the incident.

    Crash replacement requests are subject to Pulso Vigor’s approval and require photos and details of the incident.

    The crash replacement policy applies to Pulso Vigor purchases made within the last 12 months. Proof of purchase is required.

    Approved claims receive a gift card valued at 40% of the original purchase price of the damaged item.
