Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item, shipment, or piece of the order, as applicable.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

You can make your withdrawal request by clearly stating that you wish to cancel or return your order. Please include:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Date of purchase

• Product(s) you wish to return

• Your contact information

You may use the following wording:

"I hereby inform you that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product name/order number]. Order date: [date]. Received on: [date]. Name: [your name]."

Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal.

The return deadline is considered met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may handle and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Where possible, products should be returned:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• With original tags and packaging

• With all accessories and included items

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for the payments we have received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods after exercising your right of withdrawal.

If the goods are defective, incorrect, damaged, or not as described, different consumer rights may apply and you may not be responsible for the return costs.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances permitted by applicable EU consumer law.

Depending on the products you purchase, exceptions may include goods that:

• Are made to your specifications or clearly personalised

• Are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed

• Are sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software that have been unsealed after delivery

• Are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

• Have been fully performed where the service began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service was fully performed

If an exception applies to a particular product, this will be indicated where appropriate before or during the purchase process.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

The right of withdrawal described above is separate from your statutory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer-protection laws remain unaffected.
